Top Navigation and Maps Apps in Sweden on iOS: Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the top navigation and maps applications on iOS in Sweden showcased varied performance metrics, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Google Maps maintained a consistent download pattern, starting at 7K and peaking at 7.6K in late October. However, downloads saw a gradual decline towards the end of the quarter, stabilizing around 5.4K. Active users fluctuated around 1.1M, with minor dips in November but recovering by December.

Google Earth experienced modest download activity, starting at 2K and ending the quarter around the same level, with a slight peak of 2.3K in late December. Active users hovered around 25K, with a noticeable dip in early December but rebounded towards the end of the quarter.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic faced a gradual decline in downloads, starting at 2.1K and ending at 1.8K. The app’s active users saw a decrease from about 53K at the start of the quarter to 42K by December.

Min Karta showed a declining trend in downloads throughout the quarter, starting at 1.6K and dropping to 1.1K by December. Active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating slightly around 11K.

Tyck till had the lowest download numbers among the top apps, with a peak of 684 in mid-October and a decline to 405 by the end of December.
